Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to Covid-19 please be aware of potential delays that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Orders with trackable services will receive an email notification including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Important:
If your order is returned to us due to an inaccurate or shipping address entered at checkout, you will be responsible for paying to have the item re-shipped. Blkyute is not responsible for re-shipping returned packages.
If you believe your item was lost in transit, please contact your shipping carrier directly to inquire. Only the following trackable services come with shipping insurance: Priority™, Xpresspost™, Expedited Parcel™ and Regular Parcel (insurance coverage is available for a fee). Blkyute is not responsible for replacing packages that are lost in transit.
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, please first try reaching out to your shipping carrier directly. They will best be able to look into the location of your package. Should you not be able to resolve with shipping carrier, please email us as soon as possible with your order number so that we can investigate.
