Refund policy
Due to the small nature of our business and since each order is made with you in mind, we do not currently accept refunds on processed orders. However you are able to request an order cancellation before it has been fulfilled, and if successful a refund will be returned to your original payment method.
If you would like to cancel your order, email us immediately at info@blkyute.com so that we can look into this for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@blkyute.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into a possible resolution.
Refunds
You will need to send an email to info@blkyute.com to request an order cancellation and refund before the order has been fulfilled. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it typically takes 3-5 business days for refunds to be reflected on card statements, and it is always best to check with your card provider for additional information.
Important:
If your order is returned to us due to an inaccurate or shipping address entered at checkout, you will not be qualified for a refund and instead will need to pay to have the item re-shipped. Blkyute is not responsible for re-shipping returned packages.
If you believe your item was lost in transit, please contact your shipping carrier directly to inquire. Only the following trackable services come with shipping insurance: Priority™, Xpresspost™, Expedited Parcel™ and Regular Parcel (insurance coverage is available for a fee). Blkyute is not responsible for refunding packages that are lost in transit.
